Overview
Wealth Galaxy operates a hybrid digital commerce platform offering:
- Digital products (Gift Cards, Recharge, Bill Payments)
- Inventory-led products sold by Wealth Galaxy
- Marketplace products sold by third-party sellers
Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
Includes gift cards, recharge services, bill payments, and instant digital products.
Inventory-Led Products (Sold by Wealth Galaxy)
Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled for full refund.
After Dispatch: Cancellation not allowed. Return must be requested after delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
Marketplace Products (Third-Party Sellers)
Return eligibility depends on individual seller policies.
Wealth Galaxy facilitates resolution but seller is responsible for fulfillment.
Reward, Points & Commission Adjustment
- Rewards may be reversed if order is refunded
- Shopping points may be adjusted
- Commission payouts may be modified
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments must be reported within 7 days. Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
- Rewards may be frozen
- Commission may be withheld
- Account may be suspended
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners and serviceability. Wealth Galaxy is not liable for third-party delays.
